Tenant administrators configure integration settings for the external systems AMLMaster connects to.

FirstAML

FirstAML settings control verification case submission and case-status updates.

Confirm that FirstAML credentials and webhook settings are current before relying on automated verification workflows.

LawMaster

LawMaster settings control billing and matter-related exchange between AMLMaster and LawMaster.

Check LawMaster credentials and file settings when billing imports or exports are not behaving as expected.

AML status writeback

Tenant administrators can choose how FirstAML case-status changes are written back to LawMaster.

  • Enable Write AML status to a matter attribute to write the FirstAML status text, such as Completed, to the configured LawMaster matter attribute ID.
  • Configure Last status update attribute ID to write the UTC timestamp of each status change to a LawMaster matter attribute.
  • Enable Write AML status to Matter Sub Status to map FirstAML statuses to LawMaster two-character Matter Sub Status codes.
  • Leave either writeback option disabled if that LawMaster field should not be updated.

Matter Sub Status mappings are optional per status. If a status has a blank mapping, AMLMaster skips the Matter Sub Status update for that status.

AMLMaster only performs these writebacks when a CaseStatusUpdated webhook represents an actual status change. Duplicate webhook deliveries with the same status are processed but do not update LawMaster again.
