Troubleshooting

I Cannot Sign In

Check that you are using the correct tenant link. If you received an invite, accept the invite first.

If your tenant uses single sign-on, contact your tenant administrator to confirm that your account has access through the identity provider.

I Can Sign In but Cannot Access a Tenant

Your account needs a membership for the tenant. Ask a tenant administrator to review your membership or send a new invite.

The Tenant Is Inactive

Inactive tenants cannot be used for normal tenant work. Contact your AMLMaster platform administrator.

A Verification Case Did Not Submit

Review the case status and error message in AMLMaster. Retry the submission if the issue looks temporary. If the error relates to FirstAML credentials or configuration, ask a tenant administrator to review the FirstAML integration settings.

Billing Import or Export Failed

Check that the file is the expected format and belongs to the correct tenant workflow. Use import-run and export-run history to confirm whether the file was processed.

If the issue continues, ask a tenant administrator to review the LawMaster integration settings.
